OmniBloom Rituals is a full-year health and lifestyle transformation program designed for people who want more than information. You want clarity. You want structure. You want support. And you want habits you can actually maintain.

For 12 months, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team — a medical doctor, a psychologist, and a fitness coach — inside an integrated, evidence-based framework that helps you transform the way you take care of your physical and emotional health.


What You Receive

46 Live Sessions Throughout the Year

Weekly sessions led by:

Each session belongs to a thematic module designed to help you make small, consistent, sustainable steps toward a healthier lifestyle. You can join the full program or individual modules.


92 Workouts per Year (2 per Week)

Led by Eliza Luca, fitness coach.
Workouts support the themes of the program — sleep, nutrition, stress, emotional regulation — so your mind and body advance together.


Evidence-Based Assessments

At the beginning of the program, you’ll complete validated questionnaires for:

  • Nutrition

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Personality traits (not for diagnosis, but for understanding your starting point)

Throughout the program, you will retake some assessments to track measurable progress, not just subjective improvements.


A Fully Integrated Habit-Building System

Throughout the year, you will learn:

  • what healthy habits truly are

  • how they function in real life

  • how to build them

  • how to maintain them long-term

You receive tools, practical strategies, personal recommendations and weekly support from all three experts.

Format: Zoom

  • Live sessions with Oana & Gina: Mondays at 20:00 EET

  • Workouts with Eliza: Tuesdays & Thursdays — 07:00 EET

This rhythm gives you structure, predictability, and continuity — the foundation of lasting change.
