Neurodivergent November is a LIVE, online program specifically created for neurodivergent adults – including ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, OCD traits, giftedness, and sensory differences – who want more than labels or coping tips.

There is a tiredness that rest does not touch

It arrives after days that contained nothing unusual. You slept. Nothing happened that anyone would call difficult. And by the evening you cannot answer a message, cook a meal, or decide anything at all.

For many neurodivergent adults, what produced it was the work of being understandable: calibrating your tone, softening your directness, holding your face in an arrangement that reads as interested, and checking all day whether you are taking up the right amount of space. Researchers call this camouflaging or masking, and it has been measured. It costs something real, even though it appears nowhere on a calendar.

Neurodivergent November is a month for people who recognise this.

What happens during the month

You learn directly from a medical doctor and psychologists, in a closed group small enough that you can ask the questions you normally do not get to ask. The sessions cover the physiology of burnout, how executive function works and why a day of masking leaves so little of it for everything else, and why burnout in neurodivergent adults so often seems to arrive without warning.

Body doubling sessions with Dean Desmond run alongside the workshops, so the month includes company for the work itself as well as conversation about it.

What you leave with

A burnout strategy built on your own early signs. Everyone's early signs are different, and most people have never mapped theirs. We focus on signs you can observe from the outside, such as replies slowing down, plans being cancelled, or small tasks piling up, since the usual advice to "listen to your body" works poorly for anyone whose internal signals are hard to read.

A user's manual for how you work. How you process information, what drains you, what actually helps, and what you need from the people around you. It is the document you can hand to a manager or a partner at the point where explaining yourself from scratch has become one more thing you cannot afford.

A community that stays. The group continues after the month ends, and you can join the free OmniBloom Body Doubling Community whenever you need company for a task.

Why twelve people, and why a closed group

A group of twelve works differently from a webinar with two hundred. Research on how people come to feel safe around each other finds that it depends on equal standing, shared goals, and enough time for trust to build, and a small closed group provides all three.

There is also a specific moment this format makes possible: someone names an experience they assumed was theirs alone, and several people in the room realise it is theirs too. That moment happens at twelve and stops happening at a hundred, which is why the group is closed once it starts.
